Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Ameya Yoga and you. By accessing and using the services provided by Ameya Yoga through “www.ameyayoga.com”, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. Services Provided
Ameya Yoga offers online and in-person yoga classes, workshops, and related services ("Services"). The specific terms of each Service, including duration, pricing, and content, are detailed on our Website.
2. User Responsibilities
- Registration: You must register on our Website to access certain Services. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- Health Disclosure: You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns that may affect your ability to participate in yoga classes. You agree to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new fitness program.
- Compliance: You agree to follow the guidelines and instructions provided by the Provider and its instructors. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in termination of your access to Services.
3. Payment Terms
- Fees: All fees for Services are detailed on our Website and must be paid in advance. Prices are subject to change, and the current rates will be published on our Website.
4. Refunds: You have 24 hours after the first class for refund. After 24 hours of first class no refunds are provided. Refunds are not provided for missed classes or cancellations.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Online Classes: Users may cancel or reschedule online classes according to the policy stated on our Website.
- In-Person Classes: Users must follow the specific cancellation policy for in-person classes, as detailed on our Website.
6. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to videos, images, text, and software, is the property of Ameya Yoga or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- License: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
- No Warranty: The Provider makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content provided through the Services. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
- Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services.
8. Termination
- By User: Users may terminate this Agreement by ceasing to use the Services and, if applicable, cancelling their account.
- By Provider: The Provider reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and restrict access to the Services if the User violates any terms of this Agreement or engages in behavior that is deemed inappropriate or harmful.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Burlington, Massachusetts, U.S.A., in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
11. Amendments
The Provider reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
