Cancellation and No-Show Policy for Online Yoga Classes

1. Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel their scheduled class at least 24 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made within this timeframe will not incur any penalties.

- 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement: If a client cancels their class less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, no make-up class will be allowed.

2. No-Show Policy

A "no-show" occurs when a client fails to attend a scheduled class without prior notification.

The instructor is going to wait for 15 minutes, class will be considered as “no-show” and not eligible for rescheduling or make-up class or refunds, hence “no-show“ policy is applied.

- No-Show Consequences: No-shows will be considered as having availed of the class. As a result, the class will be counted towards the client’s package, and no credit or make-up class will be provided.

3. Remaining Time Only : If late, the client will only receive the remaining time of the classJoining the yoga class late, you will loose the time and only the remaining time will be given for that class. No make-up time will be provided for the time missed due to late arrival.

4. Acknowledgment

By enrolling in the online yoga classes provided by Ameya Yoga, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation and No-Show Policy.
