How to join

  1. Schedule an appointment

    Use the calendar on the 'Book a Class' page to make an appointment. This is a complimentary 20-minute session designed to get to know you, match you with the right class, and set your goals.

  2. Yoga Wellness Consultation

    During the initial meeting, we will decide on the goals, number of classes per week, as well as the day and time that work best for you.

  3. Payment & Confirmation

    Complete the payment process to secure your spot. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the Liability Waiver paperwork.

This initial meeting is an informal session to get to know you better. Based on the information gathered, your personalized practice will be designed to ensure each element of yoga targets your specific needs. I prioritize open communication and regular check-ins to address any challenges and ensure you get the most out of your yoga journey.
